Our People
Reflections On Our Culture
Message from the
President & CEO
After years of working in a major consulting engineering firm, I had a vision of creating a people-oriented, technically sophisticated niche firm.
That entailed establishing a culture of values, with respect and professionalism in all facets of our organization as well as our client relationships. It proved to be a highly successful path.
As a result, twenty years later we serve some of the world´s top organizations and continue to maintain strong and enjoyable engagements.
As we begin our next twenty years, we remain focused on developing our talented and competent staff, so that we can provide the engineering community professionals who are happy and motivated to be the best. Thus we will continue to highly satisfy our clients by delivering noteworthy and successful projects.
-Richard Aulenbach, President & CEO
